At the Dubai Downtown Residential Project, XCMG large-diameter rotary drilling rigs have been deployed for foundation and piling works, supporting NSCC International and Pinnacle Piling Group in one of the UAE’s most important urban housing developments. Models such as XR320D, XR360E, XR220DII, XR180DII CFA, and XR400D demonstrate high reliability, low failure rates, and strong performance under the region’s extreme heat and sandy conditions. Recognized for their efficiency and durability, XCMG rigs, together with responsive on-site technical support, have ensured smooth progress, making this project a benchmark for large-scale, high-standard construction in the Middle East.
